Fusionmails Terms Of Service
By signing up and actively using the Fusionmails program you agree to
all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Fusionmails may,
at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement
and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members
will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to
their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with Fusionmails.
If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate
this agreement. Your continued participation in the Fusionmails program
following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on
our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
Responsibility of Members:
You must be 13 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our
program is open to both US and International members and is void where
prohibited by local governing laws.
You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up
process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple
times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared
with another individual that has an existing Fusionmails account.
Invalid or false user information (ex. name-jjjz, address-jjzh, city-zxhj,
country-jjaazz)this is considered false and invalid and your account will
be terminated.
False or invalid information submitted on paidsignups. No you may not
submit an old confirmation mail. You must in order to be eligible for
the signup earnings at Fusionmails be signing up for the program via Fusionmails.
And you must be an active member of that program which you signed up for
via the paidsignup page. We are in contact with the webmasters/webmistresses
of the programs to verify that the signups are valid. If you submit false
or invalid information your account will be terminated.
Fusionmails doesn't allow members to sell accounts or advertising
without our permission. If you are caught doing this without authorization
your account will be deleted.
You will use your email address / password combination to access your
account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential,
you may change this information by logging into your account and following
the "User Account Info" link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your Fusionmails account
including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use
your account.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed
to be inappropriate or illegal by Fusionmails be detected it may result
in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers
for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account
will be grounds for immediate termination.
Relationship of the Parties:
You and Fusionmails are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement
creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative
or employment relationship between you and Fusionmails. You understand
that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any
representations on behalf of Fusionmails. You may not make any statement,
whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this
section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any
taxes for money earned while using the program.
Limitation of Liability:
Fusionmails will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities,
or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential
damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or Fusionmails program,
even if Fusionmails has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Furthermore, Fusionmails aggregate liability arising under this Agreement
will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under
this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or
expiration of the Agreement.
Payments:
Members may request payment when their
balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by Fusionmails. Members will be paid via E-gold, Paypal or Alertpay. Payments will be made at least twice a month.
Activity Requirement:
Fusionmails requires members to be active in any given 60 days. No extra requirement for members to earn from PTP/downline. "To be active" means to click at least 1 paidlink, logging or visiting other area of the site but without clicking paidlink does not count in this activity. Not being active for 60 days will lead to
the termination of your account. If you are not able or will be going
on vacation the set vacation option is available. This you will find in
your user info area. Then your account is safe even if it exceeds
60 days. Your activity will be reviewed again from the date you filled. However, you may not abuse this vacation option, for example, it's April 2008 and you set vacation date to 2010. You need to contact us in advance if you will be away for over 90 days.
Cheat-Keyword/Links:
Fusionmails requires members to read and understand English. We have cheat-keywords mixed in categories of interests on member profile area, selecting any obvious cheat-keyword will lead to the termination of your membership. We send some Quality Control Emails occasionally which will contain Cheatlinks inside but clearly marked. We also set up Cheatlinks in Paid2Click section or other area. If you happen to click a cheatlink, contact us immediately, otherwise
your account will be debited(deducted) 50 cents. Clicking 3 or more times of Cheatlinks will lead to the termination of your membership.
Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e.
SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication.
Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership
with Fusionmails and may result in legal prosecution. Fusionmails strictly
enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught
Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose
any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for
Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations
that may arise from the Spamming incident. Fusionmails may charge up to
$5 per spam email sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate
termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the
same computer also constitutes fraud. Fusionmails will file charges for
recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
